One product, many functions.
Developed with the Ingenieurbuero Juri Mueller, has the manifold many benefits. Starting with energy savings for plastic injection and die casting, to a reduction of the neccessary TCUs and finished with a requiered part for our shell-core-concept. Konturnahe Temperierung neu gedacht
Wir machen vieles anders. Angefangen von der Größe der Einsätze, die gedruckt werden, hin zu der Konstruktion.
Die üblichen Größen sind für uns kein Thema, aber wir nehmen gerne die Größen, wo alle anderen aufgeben. Realisiert wird es mit dem Hülle-Kern-Konzept, wobei wir nur das drucken, was notwendig ist. Jeder cm³ hat eine Funktion. Somit sinken die Preise und die konturnahe Temperierung steht im preislichen Wettbewerb mit der konventionellen Fertigung.
We do everything different. Starting with the size of the inserts, which will be printed, to the design of the conformal cooling channel. The typical sizes are no problem for us, but the prefer the size which is to big for everyone else. Using the shell-core-concept, where we print only the necessary parts. Every cm³ has a function. Therefor is the price lower and the conformal cooling inserts compete with the conventional tooling.
